Assembly of the Electronic Votive Candle Holder
The original design of the votive candle holders was developed with two fundamental elements: perfect functionality to ensure a long service life and a structure that facilitates transportation without damaging the product.
After discarding several prototypes, it was concluded that manufacturing the votive candle holder in three parts was the optimal way to ship them worldwide with maximum guarantees.
The electronic votive candle holder is shipped in three easy-to-assemble parts. Once the buyer receives the package, the only thing they need to do is:
-
Unpacking and Preparing the Votive Candle Holder
The first step is to prepare all components of the electronic votive candle holder. Carefully unpack the three main components, removing all foam or plastic protection covering them.
It is essential to verify that all parts are in good condition before starting the assembly.
At the top of the votive candle holder base, you will find a small bag containing two keys for the coin drawer. It is advisable to keep the keys in a safe place during the assembly process.
-
Placing the Base of the Votive Candle Holder
The base of the electric votive candle holder has several holes. The three holes at the top of the base must align with the stand. Each of the three holes points to one side of the base of the votive candle holder.
The side without a hole is where the coin drawer will be located, which is key to the correct orientation of the base. This should be considered when positioning the drawer conveniently, depending on the space where the electric votive candle holder will be placed.
Place the base of the votive candle holder onto the studs protruding from the stand, ensuring that the holes on the base align perfectly with the studs. This will ensure the base fits firmly and stably.
Insert the washers over the studs Once the base is in place. Then, place the nuts in the washers.
Using a 17 mm flat wrench, secure the base by tightening each nut. Start with light pressure and then tighten each nut evenly to ensure the base is firm. During tightening, avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the base material or studs.
The structure must be stable and free of oscillations.
-
Placing and Securing the Lectern (Candle Area)
Take the lectern (the part where the candles are located) and place it on the base of the votive candle holder, aligning the lectern holes with the studs protruding from the base.
The lectern should be oriented so that the coin drawer is accessible.
Place washers over the studs, as done with the base, and then screw on the nuts. Ensure all pieces are properly aligned before tightening the nuts.
Using a 17 mm wrench, tighten the nuts as done with the base.
After tightening, verify the stability of the votive candle holder.
-
Plugging in and Turning On the Votive Candle Holder
With the structure assembled, connect the power adapter of the electronic votive candle holder. The connector is located at the bottom rear of the lectern. Ensure the adapter is firmly connected and the cable is correctly positioned to prevent it from coming loose.
Once connected, locate the switch at the bottom left of the lectern and turn on the votive candle holder. The LED lights will turn on for a few seconds. At this point, carefully inspect all the candles. If any have issues and do not light up, it should be addressed. If the first two lights on the left flash, it may indicate a problem with the coin mechanism that requires attention.
After the initial inspection, all lights will turn off except one, indicating that the votive candle holder is ready for use.
