When a person inserts a coin into the coin drawer, the system detects the amount introduced. Depending on the lighting programming, the candle rack automatically lights up the corresponding candles. For example, if the programming is set to 50 cents and the person inserts one euro, the candle rack lights up two candles.

The light or lights that turn on will be the next after the last candle that is lit.

Once most candles are lit, the lights located at the beginning of the panel will start turning off slowly one by one, even before the assigned time ends; this ensures that there are always unlit candles.

• How long is the warranty? If something goes wrong, how do I use the warranty?

The warranty for all automatic stands is 2 years. During this time, all parts of the candle rack will be replaced free of charge, as long as the malfunctions are related to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by improper use of the candle rack or external elements.

• What are the electric candles made of?

The electric candles of the candle rack mimic traditional wax candles. The body of the candle is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), a thermoplastic widely used in manufacturing components for electronic devices.

ABS is highly impact-resistant, durable, and easy to mold. These characteristics make it ideal for protecting the internal components of electric candles and give them a look similar to traditional candles.

Currently, candle racks are made with candles in two colors: white and red.

• How long do the candles stay lit? Can this duration be changed?

When we receive an order for a candle rack, our sales team contacts the buyer. During this contact, the buyer defines the lighting time and the lighting cost, the amount to be inserted for each candle to light.

The buyer's initial preferences will be included in the candle rack once it leaves the factory.
