• Communion set for celiacs made up of gluten-free wafers and paten.

• Paten:

  • Made of gold metal.
  • 10.50 cm. diameter.
  • 1.5cm Tall.

• Wafers for celiacs:

  • 3.5cm diameter.
  • White color.
  • 0.1cm of thickness.
  • Bag of 25 gluten-free shapes.
  • Made with Cerestar wheat starch (Triticum spp).
  • Wafers or forms to consecrate with gluten below 20 ppm (less than 20 parts per million). Gluten limit to consider Forms as Wafers gluten-free. Limit marked by the Codex Alimentarius, or Food Code in Spanish, established by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) and the World Health Organization in 1963 to develop harmonized international food standards.
  • The 20 parts per million is a sufficient amount of gluten to obtain baking and meet the standards established by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith regarding the use of bread with a low amount of gluten and must as Eucharistic matter.
